This residential visualization project was developed from the ground up based on a client-provided architectural layout. My responsibility was to transform the 2D floor plan into a fully realized, photorealistic 3D residence, focusing on accurate proportions, clean modeling, realistic lighting, and cinematic presentation.
The entire building, including the architectural structure, interior spaces, furniture placement, and surrounding environment, was modeled and assembled in Blender. Once the scene was complete, it was imported into Unreal Engine, where I handled materials, lighting, scene optimization, and final rendering using Lumen's real-time global illumination and reflections.
The objective was to create a realistic walkthrough that accurately represented the client's vision while maintaining high visual quality and efficient real-time performance.
